Best ways to cool down in hot country's? Any tips grateful ^^?

Anything will help e.g. cold shower, deodorant (slightly nice and cold but expensive to keep using like that), etc..

Anything else will help.
Oops bad spelling, my bad and I like the nice cold beer idea but I normally binge so the next day it make’s me hot lol…
